Mid-20th Century “Regina del Rosario” Statue – Polychrome Devotional Figure (c. 1940–1965)

A traditional devotional statue depicting Mary with Child, titled Regina del Rosario (“Queen of the Rosary”), as indicated on the original brass nameplate mounted on the base.

Mary is shown crowned, standing on clouds supported by cherubs, wearing a gold-toned robe with a blue mantle and soft pink accents. The Christ Child is also crowned, reinforcing the regal iconography associated with Marian devotion. The figure features a radiant halo and decorative crown elements.

The style, materials, and finishing suggest devotional workshop production, typical of Catholic religious art made for churches, chapels, and private home altars during the mid-20th century.
